Ghastly stew is a valuable item. I’ve not seen any available through user’s shops. The item is generally for sale for more than the maximum chargable amount in user’s shops, so your best bet is probably going to be the Trading Post (see link below). (I searched in the Auction House and there weren’t any ghastly stews available).
A little tip, though? I’ve been playing Neo for almost 6 years. I try a couple of Esophagor quests a day, when I’m on. Never do I attempt to complete a quest that costs as much as one asking for ghastly stew. My limit, total, for any Esophagor quest is about 3,000np. I’ve learned, the hard way, that most of his quests are not profitable and I’m not about to spend over 100,000np when what I’ll probably get back is an item worth less than 100np!
